Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that if the screws connecting the legs of the chair are not fully tightened during assembly, there is a possibility that the screws of the Bugaboo Giraffe chair may become loose, posing a risk of falling.

For your child’s safety, we are offering a free Repair Kit that includes updated screws and installation instructions.

Until the replacement is completed, please use the footrest in the lowest position.

Recall of Silicone Plate - Dalmation Dots by Elodie

Dear Customer,

Elodie is recalling the Silicone Dinner Plate “Dalmatian Dots” (article number 60246201416NA) from the market. If you own one of these dinner sets we kindly ask that you stop using it. Please contact the store where you have purchased the product to proceed to a return and replacement of the product.

 Why are we making this recall?

A recent test has indicated that certain emission levels of “Volatile Organic Compounds” (VOC) could be present in the product, and as a precautionary measure we have decided to stop selling this model. Ingesting VOCs does not pose any immediate danger to your health, but prolonged exposure has been shown to have negative health impacts. Initiatives to reduce VOC levels in all areas of consumer products is an ongoing industry process. At Elodie we are committed to being part of this development and for this reason we are issuing this recall.
